Use Signilo for documents you are allowed to send and sign.
These terms set the ground rules for Signilo accounts, workspaces, signing links, payments, and completed documents.
Effective 25 July 2026
1. The service
Signilo is owned and operated by Skystack, LLC. We provide tools for uploading PDFs, preparing fields, requesting signatures, collecting Smart Onboarding data, storing results, and keeping completion records.
Signilo is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, employment, lending, or compliance advice. You are responsible for choosing documents and workflows that are suitable for your organisation.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Keep your account details accurate and protect your login code, authenticator, recovery codes, and workspace access. Owners are responsible for inviting the right people and setting the right permissions. Team members may use only the workspaces and documents they are authorised to access.
Do not create an account for another person, share credentials, bypass a suspension, or use a public signing link to access a document you were not invited to complete.
3. Documents and signatures
You confirm that you own, control, or have permission to upload each document and collect the information placed in it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the fields, recipients, signers, deadlines, and instructions you send.
Electronic signing requirements can vary by document, party, and jurisdiction. You are responsible for deciding whether a Signilo completion meets the requirements that apply to your transaction.
4. Fair use
You must not use Signilo to:
- send documents without the recipient's reasonable expectation;
- impersonate a person or organisation;
- send malware, unlawful content, or deceptive requests;
- collect information you have no right to collect;
- probe, overload, or interfere with the service; or
- use delivery channels in breach of their rules.
We may pause links, delivery, or accounts when there is a security, abuse, payment, or legal concern. We will keep records needed to investigate and resolve the issue.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans, trials, storage allowances, user limits, and included delivery features are shown on the pricing page or in an agreement with your organisation. An invoice or payment must be confirmed before a paid plan is activated.
Taxes, bank charges, payment-provider fees, and negotiated Enterprise terms are handled as shown on the invoice or order agreement. A plan may be limited after an overdue grace period, but customer records are not deleted for that reason.
6. Ownership
Skystack, LLC owns Signilo, its software, brand, and service materials. You retain ownership of your documents and the data you submit. You give Signilo permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service under these terms.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Signilo available and reliable, but no online service can promise uninterrupted operation. We may change the service, these terms, or pricing as the product develops. We will publish a new effective date when a policy changes.
