Your documents and signer details belong to you.
This policy explains what Signilo collects, why we need it, and the choices available to account owners, team members, and signers.
Effective 25 July 2026
1. Who this policy covers
Signilo is owned and operated by Skystack, LLC. This policy covers the Signilo website, customer application, private console, public signing pages, Smart Onboarding pages, and related support services.
2. Information we receive
Name, email address, organisation name, country, timezone, and authenticator settings.
Uploaded PDFs, templates, fields, recipients, messages, signatures, stamps, and completed documents.
Signing actions, timestamps, IP address, user-agent details, verification IDs, and delivery status where applicable.
Information you send when asking for help, requesting a rollout, or contacting sales.
Authentication events, service logs, browser information, and security events needed to operate and protect Signilo.
3. Why we use it
We use information to:
- create and secure accounts and workspaces;
- send signing invitations and onboarding links;
- complete PDFs and maintain audit evidence;
- deliver connected automation such as Google Sheets;
- process invoices, payments, and account requests;
- answer support and sales enquiries; and
- detect abuse, protect the service, and fix failures.
4. Who may process it
We use service providers for hosting, databases, object storage, email delivery, payment processing, WhatsApp delivery, and connected integrations. They receive only the information needed for the service they provide and are required to protect it under their own terms and agreements.
A workspace owner controls the documents and recipient data placed in that workspace. If you sign or complete a document for a business, that business may be the organisation responsible for deciding how your information is used.
5. Storage and retention
Signilo stores account records, document files, audit events, and completed PDFs for as long as needed to provide the service, meet the workspace owner's instructions, resolve disputes, and keep completion evidence. Completed signed documents and certificates are archived rather than deleted by normal account actions.
Temporary login codes and similar security values expire and are used once. Workspace owners can request deletion of eligible records through the deletion process.
7. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account. A signer can also ask about a document completed for a business, although the business may need to approve changes to its records.
Send a request to hello@signilo.com or follow the instructions on our data deletion page.
8. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to hello@signilo.com. Include enough information for us to understand the request, but do not send passwords or private signing links in plain text.
